A Tropical Picnic Brunch

Over here in Pittsburgh it seems like everyone is talking about the end of summer... excuse me!? I'm so not ready. I'm still dreaming about summer parties and outdoor activities so I came up with the idea of doing a summer tropical inspired "picnic brunch".

It all started with a DIY PVC backdrop that I made and the Organic Emerald DIY Balloon Garland from the shop. I then added a few tropical leaves (from Amazon), the Woodland Party Kit and a drop cloth from home depot as a picnic blanket. It was as simple as that and it ended up looking lovely (if I say so myself).

The colors on the garland work beautifully with the theme and I love that they can be use in so many different occasions. For this picnic you can prepare a fruit platter, some yogurt and granola, a few mimosas and maybe some of this Tropical Cream Cheese Bagels topped with Grilled Pineapple! Yumm!
